If you use HireHumanAgents on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

HireHumanAgents helps people request help from independent human agents for tasks such as moving, cleaning, repairs, deliveries, errands, and similar services.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. Availability, pricing, service categories, and agent coverage may vary by location.

You must provide accurate account, booking, payment, and contact information. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You may not use the service if you are prohibited from doing so by applicable law or if we previously removed your account for violating these terms.

When you request a booking, you authorize us or our payment processors to charge the quoted price, applicable fees, taxes, adjustments, cancellation charges, and any approved add-ons.

Cancellation windows, refunds, and rescheduling options may vary by service type, location, and agent availability. We may decline, cancel, or adjust a booking where details are inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, or materially different from the request.

You agree to provide a safe, lawful, and accessible environment for requested work. You must not ask agents to perform illegal, hazardous, abusive, discriminatory, or clearly unreasonable tasks.

You are responsible for securing valuables, providing accurate instructions, obtaining necessary permissions, and ensuring someone authorized is available when required.

Agents may be independent service providers and are not necessarily employees of HireHumanAgents. Agents control how they perform accepted tasks, subject to platform standards and applicable law.

We may review agent eligibility, safety signals, ratings, and service quality, but we do not guarantee that every task will be accepted or completed in a particular manner.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with platform operations, scrape or reverse engineer the service, bypass fees, submit false information, harass others, or use the platform to facilitate fraud or unlawful activity.

We may investigate suspected violations and may limit, suspend, or terminate access where we believe doing so is necessary to protect users, agents, the platform, or the public.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HireHumanAgents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal property damage, or service interruptions.

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the service after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
